Our Rapidly growing Real Estate client is looking to hire for their Southern Broward County office. The position is a Leasing Manager; the position is open due to a relocation of the current Manager. The leasing manager job includes managing the leasing office staff, entering all leases and payments into Yardi, drafting leases, running background checks, drafting 3 day notices, drafting notices of making claims on deposits and dealing with 3rd party vendors.

Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000
