company is looking to hire a Loan Administrator/Asset Manager. In this position
you will analyst and interpret loan documents, maintain credit files, monitor
reserve and escrow accounts, review disbursements, prepare waterfall calculations
and other related duties. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience
handling complicated loan structure, preferably in Real Estate, strong Excel
skills and loan management software knowledge. Great working environment.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $130,000
