Fort Lauderdale technology related company is looking for
a Financial Reporting Manager. In this position you will be responsible for the
preparation of monthly internal and external financial reports for the board of
directors and investors as well as preparing a weekly cash report and forecast
and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Qualified candidates will
have a Public/Private mix, strong GAAP and SEC experience, strong technology interest/experience
and preferably a CPA. Great company environment, very creative.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000
