Successful and stable Boca Raton Real Estate Developer is
looking to hire an Assistant Controller to manage the financial/accounting
function of its real estate investments. The role will entail the preparation
of monthly financial statements including revenue recognition, job cost
analysis, and land and homebuilding cost of sales as well as reconciliations,
monthly draws and support for yearend audit. Qualified candidates will have 4-6
years’ experience in the construction industry, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or
Finance and be hands-on. Public Accounting Audit candidates with construction
clients will also be considered. CPA preferred but not required. Professional
environment, availability for advancement.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $110,000
