Miami holding company is looking for an Accounting
Manager. In this position you will prepare the monthly close report for
management review and board distribution, assist/prepare the quarterly close
supporting schedules for the external auditors and prepare the financial
statements and footnote support for the SEC quarterly 10Qs and 10K. Qualified
candidates will have a CPA, have 7-10 years public company and SOX experience, be
able to conduct research, write the accounting memos, and preferably have
worked in Big 4. Great offices with strong benefits.
Salary Range: $95,000 to $105,000 + Bonus
