CFO/Family Office
South Florida Family office is looking to hire a CFO. In this newly created role you will provide leadership and oversight of all accounting related functions including financial reporting, payables, general ledger close, workpapers and payroll tax preparation/reporting (for individuals, S Corp, LLCs, LPs, and non-profits). Position will lead the financial and tax reporting operations and oversee the investment arm of the family office. Ability to work with outside lawyers, bankers, and investment Companies. Qualified candidates must have a CPA, and 10+ years of hands on accounting including 5 years in Public Accounting as well as strong business acumen and an understanding of Tax, start-ups and Real Estate. Knowledge with M& A’s. Will work on a lot of interesting special projects. Very high profile and room for growth. Reports to owner
