SEC Reporting Senior Manager
Boca Raton company is looking to hire a SEC Reporting Senior Manager. In this position you will prepare and review consolidated financial statements including SEC report forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K as well as work closely with the external and internal SOX Auditors. Qualified candidates must have a CPA and 3+ years of experience leading in a SEC management function. Company is growing quickly.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $110,000
