Our South Florida client recently expanded into the Real Estate industry and they are looking for a Senior Director Controller/CFO who can come in and take charge. Properties are located throughout the World and include both Residential and Commercial. In this position you will develop budgets and forecasts, create financial statements, track expenses, monitor cash flow and supervise a small staff. Ideal candidates will have 15-20 years of experience with a background in Real Estate, a CPA, and prior public accounting and private experience. Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000 + Substantial Bonus, Total Package of $250K

Senior Accountant
